Description
The aim of the project is to increase the capacity of INEX-SDA employees to assess the impact of its activities, to communicate efficiently and care for its constituencies. Through a series of workshops and application phases to develop functional systems and strategies to contribute to more efficient engagement of target groups, increased engagement of young people and overall to a long-term sustainability of the organization. The project is based on 3 milestones: evaluation and impact assessment, communication campaign and pilot system for engagement of supporters of INEX-SDA.
