Description

The proposed action focuses on strengthening capacities of the Center of Inclusion (CoI) - its workers and employees. CoI´s capacities will be enhanced through a) strategic planning introduced across the organization; b) CoI´s senior management trained in leadership, NGO management, PR marketing, and advocacy; and c) functional M&E focusing on the impact of the organization set up in order to enhance the efficiency of CoI´s activities.

Summary of project results

The Leadership-Cooperation-Impact project had three main goals: 1) introduction of strategic/action planning into the life of CI and practical implementation of the strategic plan,2) expanding the competences of CI management in the field of leadership, organization management, PR marketing and 3) monitoring the impact of CI activities and presenting the impact is effectively supportedprofessionals and the general public. Thanks to the implementation of the project, we managed to fulfill all the set goals. We implemented strategic planning and clarified our next directionorganization and goals for the next three years, we provide training for the organization''s management, which helped us set up other internal mechanisms for better functioning of the organizationand set up a system for monitoring the impact of many of the activities we implement. However, we still perceive a reserve here, and we could set up an impact monitoring systemalso for other CI activities. We also want to focus on making work more efficient and obtain outputs. To ensure systematic work in certain areas of organizational management (monitoringimpact, PR, fundraising) human resources and their stable funding are needed. If you are dedicated to this area in addition to your other activities, someone from the existing teammanagement is complex to ensure effective performance of the given agency. We would need a separate position of PR manager and fundraiser. Fortunately, we will have it available inas part of the new project from October 2022, but only by agreement.
