Description

The goals of the project proposal are: To activate the inactive unemployed; To stimulate the employment and increase the competitiveness of the local enterprises. The main target group is unemployed and inactive people with address registration in Lyaskovets municipality - 3 persons who will be appointed under PSA 1. The secondary target group are 3 employees of the organization administering the project. Employment of unemployed and inactive persons and provision of employment is planned for a period of 12 months. Equipment for the new jobs and training of the employees will be provided. Results to be achieved: 3 jobs created; 3 newly employed people with improved qualifications.

Summary of project results

The project aimed to meet the needs of the selected people to acquire the necessary additional knowledge, skills, qualification, competences and motivation for better realization in their work, increase their productivity and meet the market and European regulatory requirements. These would guarantee more sustainable and permanent employment for а large part of the trained people, increase their confidence when starting work, their income and their quality of life, as well as their adaptability and competitiveness.

The project successfully activated unemployed and inactive people from Lyaskovets municipality, and stimulated employment and increased the competitiveness of people from the region. Unemployed and inactive people were trained to improve their digital skills and develop customer service and software specialist skills. Three people were selected from the target group (unemployed and inactive people from Lyaskovets municipality) for whom employment was ensured for a period of 12 months. Equipment was purchased and implemented for three workplaces for the appointed people. The three new employees were trained to improve their skills and apply them in their work.

3 new jobs were created and 3 new workplaces were equipped. З unemployed and inactive people started work and improved their qualifications. The project helped better understand the needs of individuals to acquire the necessary additional knowledge, skills, qualifications and competences for better realization in their work. This guarantees them more sustainable and permanent employment and increases their adaptability and competitiveness, and better job opportunities in the future.
