Description

NIPI M Jsc is the biggest Bulgarian producer of hospital beds, such for older people and people with disabilities. 98% of the production is exported both to EU and third countries markets. The company is 100% private, founded in 1997, constantly developing through the years and improving its production processes. The market on which we operate is strongly competitive. Our main competitors are western companies whose production is outsourced to China. This allows them to send similar products at lower costs. In order to stay competitive and continue our development we constantly invest in new and innovative research activities following the market trends. The big energy intensiveness as well as the low productivity of the industrial processes continue to be a problem. The reason for that are the machines we work with on one side and the impossibility to utilize the smoke gases from existing equipment. The replacement of main machinery with energy effective ones, as well as the implementation of suitable recuperation technology will allow us to reduce the value of the products as well as to increase the productivity. Thus we shall be able to save financial resources and will allow us to be flexible in prices forming as well as to produce bigger quantities of products in an effective way. We shall increase our market share and shall be able to enter new markets with competitive products. We shall be able to develop and implement innovative technologies, products and systems. The innovative system for utilizing smoke gases will ensure maximum ecology and effectiveness of industrial processes with additional effect on the energy consumption and competitiveness increase. We shall also be able to save CO2 emissions. All project activities comply with and contribute to fullfilment of aims of the Financial mechanism of the European Economic Area.
