Description
The project envisages the implementation of energy-saving measures and recommendations for energy saving. The measures provide for the decommissioning of energy-intensive equipment /Vertical machining center "RV 501.24 HEBROS" and Machine for longitudinal milling 6M610F11/ and delivery and installation of a new machining center / HAAS VF12/50 / with high energy CNC control. Measures for the introduction of waste heat recovery systems. Establishment of a system for the recovery of waste heat from compressor units by means of its capture and use for tempering varnish coating paints. The project envisages the introduction of a system for monitoring the electricity consumption. This will help to continuously register and store electricity consumption data. The analysis of the information received from the monitoring system of the electricity consumption will help to make the right technological and management decisions that would lead to saving electricity.
