Description

The project proposal envisages the implementation of energy saving measures prescribed in an energy efficiency audit for the achievement of the conditions of a "near-zero energy building" for the Administrative Building "Municipal Administration", r. Bath. In its current state, the building does not comply with the minimum regulatory requirements set out in Regulation No 7 of 2004. According to the report of the energy efficiency audit, the following measures are foreseen:1. Thermal insulation of the external walls, roof and floor of the building;2. Replacement of windows and doors with double-glazed windows with new high-end PVC windows and new aluminium doors with thermal insulation ;3. Energy saving measures in heat generation - supply and installation of air-to-water heat pump;4. Measures on metering systems, automation, parameter control and monitoring of heat supply;5. Energy saving measures for renewable energy recovery - PV for self-consumption.

Summary of project results

The project proposal envisages the implementation of energy saving measures prescribed in a prepared energy efficiency survey to achieve the conditions of a "near-zero consumption building" for the Administrative Building "Municipal Administration", Banite village. In its current condition, the building does not comply with the minimum regulatory requirements.

The following measures are implemented under the project:
1. Thermal insulation of external walls, roof and floor of the building;
2. Replacement of windows and doors with double-glazed windows with new high-class PVC windows and new aluminum doors with thermal insulation;
3. Energy-saving measures in heat generation - supply and installation of an air-to-water heat pump;
4. Measures on the systems for measurement, automation, parameter control and monitoring of heat supply;
5. Energy-saving measures for the utilization of energy from renewable sources - PV for own consumption.

As a result of the implementation of the project idea, energy savings of 320,845kWh/year and total annual CO2 emission reductions of 378,597 t/year will be achieved, as well as the classification of the building from energy class "D" to class "A+".

Summary of bilateral results

Improved bilateral cooperation with interested stakeholders in the field of energy efficiency to present good practices and future development of the city and the municipality in this regard.
