Description

The project proposal includes the implementation of energy efficiency measures in buildings owned by the Municipality of Anton - the kindergarten "Bulgarche" and the Cultural Center in the village of Anton and provides for their transformation into buildings with close to zero energy consumption of energy class A +. Each of the buildings is used in connection with the social functions of the municipality of Anton. The project is in a high degree of project readiness - the municipality of Anton has technical projects for each of the buildings, which are in full compliance with the Energy Audit Reports. The design solutions envisage thermal insulation of external walls, roofs and floors, replacement of windows, construction of photovoltaic facilities on the roofs of the buildings generating energy only for self consumption, modernization of heating systems with implemented automation and energy management systems and combined systems for heating by air-to-water heat pumps using renewable energy - all of it leading to a significant reduction in energy consumption and generated carbon emissions. The project is being implemented in partnership with the Norwegian company Mpenergi AS, whose expertise and know-how in the field of renewable energy, energy efficiency and energy management will be shared with the Municipality of Anton. For the effective implementation of the project, the Municipality of Anton will set up a project team of experts with years of experience in infrastructure projects. The project envisages project management activities, construction and civil engineering works, construction and authorship supervision, peer-to-peer expert exchange, project audit and information and publicity measures.
