9 SECONDARY SCHOOL PANAYOT VOLOV, TOWN OF SHUMEN AND SECONDARYSCHOOL PANAYOT VOLOV, V. MADARA municipal schools of huge significancefor for the municipality of Shumen, important for educational system throughout the region.
