9 SECONDARY SCHOOL PANAYOT VOLOV, TOWN OF SHUMEN AND SECONDARYSCHOOL PANAYOT VOLOV, V. MADARA municipal schools of huge significancefor for the municipality of Shumen, important for educational system throughout the region. Therefore, of all the municipal buildings in the region,the municipal leadership proposes that these two schools participate with a project proposal under the above-mentioned measure under the Norwegian Financial Mechanism The goal is after the implementation of the project to use the potential for use of energy from renewable sources and optimization of all electricity consumers in order to maximize the energy efficiency of the buildings.When a condition model is prepared, it of the buildings during the heating season was found that the school buildings maintain the required indoor temperature within acceptable limits, but at the expense of high energy consumption.1.For - 9 PANAYOT VOLOV SECONDARY SCHOOL, SHUMEN:With the implementation of measures from ECM Package 2 the building will reach energy consumption class A + and there will be a larger amount of energy savings of energy. For Second site: PANAYOT VOLOV SECONDARY SCHOOL, MADARA VILLAGEWith the implementation of measures from ECM Package 2 the building will reach energy consumption class A + and there will be a larger amount of energy savings rib energy. At present, the building has a specific cost, which meets the requirements for energy class F . After the implementation of the measures, the building will have a specific primary energy consumption which will meet the requirements for energy class "A +".

MADARA are municipal schools of huge significance for for the municipality of Shumen, important for educational system throughout the region. The buildings during the heating season maintain the required indoor temperature within acceptable limits, but at the expense of high energy consumption.
For both schools the following measures are implemented: thermal insulation of the external walls of the building, Replacement of windows and doors with a PVC profile and double-glazed window system, Thermal insulation of the roof - warm and cold, Thermal insulation of the floor, Replacement of the heating system, RES on the roof of the building.
Annual CO2 emission reductions - 1 167.42 tons CO2 eq.
Annual energy savings - 989.34 MWh/year.
Monetary savings - 114 992.50 euros/year
