Description

 With the implementation of the project, the Municipality of Lovech will be able to use the financial resources saved as a result of the project to improve the energy efficiency of street lighting and in other settlements in its territory. The main target group for the project are all citizens living on the territory of Lovech municipality, as of 31.12.2018 they are 43 242 people. Other target groups of the project are all guests of the Municipality of Lovech and the people passing through its territory. The goals of the project are: - To reduce the annual primary energy consumption by 888 560 kWh / year; - Reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 1241 tonnes / year of reduced CO2 emissions and improve air quality in Bulgaria; - To improve the quality of the working environment and life of 43 242 people, residents of Lovech Municipality; - Ensure living conditions in accordance with the criteria for sustainable development, etc. The expected results of the project implementation are: - Increase of EE in the Municipality of Lovech; -Reduction of final energy consumption, reduction of energy costs and indirect reduction of greenhouse gases. -Improve the performance for extending the life cycle of street lighting; - Ensuring a better living environment. The main activities of the project are: 1. Performing construction works; 2. Project management; 3. Providing information and publicity on the project; 4. Exercise of copyright and construction supervision; 5. Exchange of experience, knowledge and best practices at management and expert level, training and more.
