Description

The project proposal complies with the principles of economy, efficiency and effectiveness, as the proposed project was developed under project readiness option: Option 1 "projects in a full extent of project readiness” : Energy Audit of the External Lighting System(s) carried out and a Detailed design elaborated and approved according to the regulatory requirements.  The technical parameters and investment costs set out in the work project are consistent with the technical parameters that calculate the energy saving and greenhouse gas emissions indicators and the investment costs in the Energy Efficiency Audit Report and produce good results.The objectives of the project proposal are in line with the objectives of the Renewable Energy, Energy Efficiency, Energy Security program funded by the European Economic Area (EEA) Financial Mechanism 2014-2021, one of the main objectives of the Program being the reduction of carbon intensity and security of supply by achieving results such as: Improving energy efficiency in municipalities. The project proposal "Improving the energy efficiency of the system for external lighting of town Targoviste in the municipality Targoviste " under the procedure "Rehabilitation and modernization of municipal infrastructure - systems for external artificial lighting of municipalities" aims to increase energy efficiency through technological upgrading and modernization of the external artificial lighting systems owned by the municipality of Targovishte and to improve the living conditions of the population. The project proposal under this procedure contributes to the achievement of performance indicators for result 2: "Improving energy efficiency in buildings, industry and municipalities" under the Program.
