Summary of project results

The project increased the capacity of the organizations participating in the partner consortium to implement project activities and increase their effectiveness to impact the four target territories – the High Western Rhodope Mountains, the Rose Valley, the territories south of the town of Burgas and the Thracian Rhodope collar.

Among the main activities of the project was the development of a scenario for conducting and broadcasting in the four target territories of the multimedia online video presentations from the traveling attraction - "Folklore Workshop". Four-part trailers and video presentations were prepared for the four events with visualization scenarios defining the appropriate online broadcast format. The library will support the exchange and transfer of innovative Norwegian practices and presentation of the craft arts, lifestyle and folklore of the Norwegian Vikings and ethnic groups from the Rhodope Mountains, the Thrace region and the Southern Black Sea coast. As part of the project a platform to attract new audiences was launched aiming at improving access to and organization of cultural events. The platform is named "Digital Ethno-Impresario" and it is integrated with social networks. A traveling attraction named "Folklore ethno-workshop" was presenting the folk arts and crafts of the descendants of the Norwegian Vikings and ethnic groups from Bulgaria.
