Programme summary
Programme Concerns
Pre-defined projects in the programme areas of a) “European Health Challenges” and b) “Children and Youth at Risk” shall be explored in the programme concept note.
Pre-defined projects in the programme areas of a) “Local Development and Poverty Reduction” and b) “Cultural Entrepreneurship, Cultural Heritage and Cultural Cooperation" shall be explored in the programme concept note.
The programme shall address “Good Governance, Accountable Institutions, Transparency”.
The programme shall consider the role cultural heritage plays in local and regional development. It will specifically aim at stimulating economic and social progress through cultural tourism and public access to culture.
The programme will be implemented in conjunction with the programme “Local Development and Poverty Reduction” implemented under EEA Financial Mechanism 2014-2021.
