Description
The goal of the project is to bring the topic of food waste to the Slovak school. On the one hand, the project wants to draw attention to various aspects of food waste in the sector of school catering facilities. The project is intended to help reduce waste in a catering facility that is measurable, sustainable and replicable. On the other hand, it includes explaining to young people why wasting food is not right, so that they understand the broader context that they will carry with them throughout their lives.
