Description

During this artistic residency in Iceland, artist Ioana Negoescu will explore what life with no trees looks like. She will travel and explore nature and wildlife,  study the weather and talk with the locals about Iceland’s environment and climate, taking daily notes in her journal. At the end of the week, she will have an article and a talk on the subject: "Rooted in Nature: A Journey from Romanian Forests to Icelandic Landscapes".
