Description
The bilateral initiative proposed by the Romanian School of Values Association aims to create the common ground for an (inter)national program on increasing access to culture among teenagers that come from culturally disadvantaged regions of Romania. By the means of this bilateral initiative, the applicant hopes to have the opportunity to engage in dialogue with different relevant organisations regarding the development of a project that is meant to encourage reading among teenagers from a poor background, thus increasing their access to culture.
