Description

The current projects builds upon and aims to follow two Norway Grants previously funded projects. The current project  aims to be part of the ecosystem of interventions targeting Pata Rât area, a spatially segregated informal urban settlement, severely deprived socially, economically and with regard to its access to public services, located near the Cluj-Napoca former landfill.
