Description
Main objective: to empower young citizens (future engineers, architects, land planners etc.) as future creators and providers of urban technical culture by organizing empowering courses, personal development and mentoring but also by disseminating, “exporting” the values of Timisoara culture, by expanding the slogan “Shine your light – Light up your city” to “Shine your light – Light up your city – Disseminate your light to light up more cities”.
Main activities:
• Organizing bilateral visits to strengthen inter-institutional relations, as well as to prepare the events and edit the volume

Summary of the results
The main objective of the initiative: the development of young citizens (future engineers, architects, etc.) as future creators and providers of urban technical culture by organizing courses (personal development and mentoring) was achieved.
Also, the secondary objectives: the organization of four courses, the editing of a volume and the organization of an international workshop for specialists in the field was achieved.
The activities programmed within the initiative as well as its results (bilateral meetings, events, volume) provided an active and close collaboration of the project teams, which led to the strengthening of the bilateral relations between the UPT and the Norwegian partner
