Market opportunities in Romania are in general still unknown for most Norwegian entities, and the market entry risk is considered high. To create synergies between the RO‐Innovation, RO‐Research, RO-Education and RO‐Energy Programmes, Innovation Norway has been looking for areas of common interest in the four programmes - circular economy.
