This projetct aims to continue the technical cooperation ignited under the GrowingCircle project, between Instituto da Construção and Cobuilder, aiming to contribute to the global effort of leading the way on the implementation of Digital Product Passports under the new Construction
Summary of the results
With the development and deployment of the Data Templates 150 standards, namely ISO 23386 and 23387, the Construction industry made a huge step forward to enable a smooth Twin Transition. Despite the discussions and trends, the Digital Product Passport, as envisaged in the EU Ecodesign Regulation proposal, was still under heavy discussion and without a clear view. As we expected the EU Digital Product Passport will require the Data Templates structure for their reference architecture. The Bl aimed to continue the technical cooperation that was strengthened during the discussions within the GrowingCircle project.
The goal was to contribute to the global effort of leading the way on the implementation of DPP under the EU Ecodesign and Construction Products Regulations, by enriching requirements and analysing the compliance/ability for different stakeholders. In technological terms, the objective was to pursue the reflections and development of a platform that, built on a common structure, could bring knowledge into the Portuguese language. Awareness of a wide range of stakeholders, discussion of the forthcoming Regulations and the deployment of a Portuguese Data Dictionary aligned with others across Europe summarises the purpose and most relevant results for this 81, as well as the rationale for ali the performed activities.
