Description
The bilateral initiative intends to analyse how ITE programmes in Norway, Iceland and Portugal implement the on-the-job stage of training, with a particular focus on the practicum that takes place in schools and explore the interrelations between ITE and CPD programmes to engage student-teachers, trainers and qualified teachers, in processes leading to the co-creation of pedagogical knowledge.
It will produce a cross-analysis of the Portuguese, Norwegian and Icelandic strategies regarding the design and implementation of teachers’ CPD activities, and the way they merge different CPD
