Description
This initiative aims to provide APAC Portugal the exposure and learning about Norway’s innovative incarceration system, as well as an exchange of practices between like-minded organizations in the two countries - Norway and Portugal. This initiative has three main objectives: a) APAC Portugal to be exposed to Norway’s prison system and WayBack’s post-incarceration support system, through the guidance and experience of WayBack; b) APAC Portugal to implement some of the learnings and receive in-loco coaching from WayBack experts; c) WayBack representatives to be exposed to Portugal’s strategy

Evaluation Report Prison Insights''21 and publication of the Good Practices of the Prison System of Norway. Dissemination of these reports near the authorities responsible for the Portuguese Prison System.
