Description

This pre-defined bilateral cooperation initiative aims to strengthen the relation between a Donor State entity (EWC) and the Active Citizens Fund/Portugal and is directly related to the pre-defined project Education for Citizenship (PdP) that will be subject to an external monitoring and evaluation. In this sense, and within the scope of this pre-defined bilateral cooperation initiative, the European Wergeland Center (EWC) (http://www.theewc.org/) will be responsible for monitoring, evaluating and drafting of the external evaluation report of the referred project.
