Description

The project will include the fourth edition of DiverCITY conferences and workshops. It is a cyclical Polish-Norwegian initiative concerning development issues in cities. Previous editions concerned the issues of environmental protection, revitalization, and spatial order. The fourth edition of DiverCITY was focused on four themes: environmental protection (especially air quality in cities), senior policy, accessibility and housing. The project consisted of four components: expert workshops, a research part, a conference summarizing the results and activities disseminating the project results.

Summary of the results

Workshops were conducted in 4 thematic areas (housing, accessibility, environment and senior policy), a conference summarizing the conducted expert workshops was organized, activities under reserch component was carried out, research reports were prepared, recommendations and guidelines for school students under the Local Development Programme were prepared,  workshops promoting research results were organized.
