Summary of the results

PARP, with Innovation Norway (partner institution), prepared and implemented "Towards sustainable construction: the presence and future" - the bilateral event during the Bygg Reis Deg 2021 trade fair in Lillestrøm, Norway. The event took place on 21st October 2021 and had an on-site formula with the physical location at Thon Hotel Arena, just in front of the Norges Varemesse where the trade fair has been located. The event agenda consisted of a seminar session with two discussion panels followed by direct meetings among participants from Poland and Norway.

The exchange of current expert knowledge and experiences of Polish and Norwegian actors on the green construction market is the main result of the event. The seminar involved 6 Norwegian experts engaging in discussion with 2 Polish speakers, all moderated by the representatives of the Oslo office of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency. The topics undertaken included new, green construction technologies and digitalisation in the industry, as well as some legal background for the future. There have been also speeches from PARP and IN on support instruments and activities planned in the future, including travel grant schemes. The event was attended by 67 people, including 53 participants representing Polish and 14 representing Norwegian institutions.
