Description
The main aim of the initiative is a further development of bilateral business relations and cooperation among Polish SMEs and Norwegian/EEA entities in the environment protection domain ("green" technologies). The topic of increasing and accelerating energy efficiency will be particularly addressed. There are two types of planned activities: 1) webinar on recent Norwegian and Polish experiences in the development of tools and solutions supporting the transition towards higher energy efficiency, followed by 2) business-mixer session with Norwegian and Polish companies. Summary of the results
A total of 30 Polish enterprises participated in the webinar and b2b matchmaking "Accelerating energy efficiency". They got acquainted with basic issues incl. how to define energy efficiency, smart energy consumption: generation of savings, investments in new solutions. A handful of Polish and Norwegian experiences and technologies accelerating energy efficiency were also presented, like zero-emission industry, robotization and digitization of processes, reduction of emissions by alternative energy sources and carriers.
