Matching potential beneficiaries of Small Grant Scheme for female entrepreneurs with mentors from Norway and Poland.
Summary of the results
The event "Mentoring under Small Grant Scheme for female entrepreneurs - seminar and matchmaking with mentors" took place on 5 March 2020 in the conference centre of Novotel Warszawa Centrum hotel. The event was extremely popular with potential applicants of the SGS. As a result 83 women took part, of which 41 held matchmaking meetings with mentors. There were 5 Norwegian and 10 Polish mentors involved, and they jointly held 133 meetings with interested participants.
Prior to the meeting session, the SGS was presented by PARP, the benefits and practicalities of mentoring were described by representatives of a Polish foundation associating women mentors, and Norway Grants and Norwegian approach to mentoring of supporting female entrepreneurs were spoken of by Magnar Odelien of Innovation Norway.
