Facilitating project partnerships between Polish and Norwegian entities from the ''blue tech'' industries, which could result in joint applications for grants to be submitted in Norway Grant calls.
Summary of the results
„Blue Growth Conference and Matchmaking” took place on 22 May 2019 in Aalesund, Norway, and was preceded by a networking evening on the day before. The conference mainly dealt with examples of challenges and opportunities in the Blue Growth Sector in Norway and beneficiary states, as well as upcoming opportunities for project collaboration within Blue Growth. The matchmaking session followed, at which one Polish company held 4 meetings with potential Norwegian partners.
In addition, the PARP delegation attending the event, headed by the director of the Norway Grants implementing department, had their own agenda of meetings with Innovation Norway, including representatives of IN office in Alesund, and discussed several aspects of the programme still under negotiations, including the approach to bilateral activities, and project selection procedure in the blue area.
