Facilitation of project partnerships between Polish and Norwegian entities, which could result in joint applications for grants to be submitted in calls organized by Polish Agency for Enterprise Development.
Visit of Polish companies from the welfare industry to Norway health Tech cluster and bilateral business meetings of with cluster members.
Summary of the results
On 14 June, 2020, 9 Polish companies from the welfare industry visited Norway Health Tech cluster at Oslo Science Park, and held a total of 32 bilateral business meetings with 7 cluster members.
Based on a contract with PARP, Norway Health Tech prepared an agenda of a mini-seminar comprising the following subjects:
- Norway and EEA and Norway Grants introduction (by Innovation Norway)
- Business Development and Innovation Program in Poland, including the upcoming call for proposals on Welfare Technology (by PARP)
- The welfare sector in Poland (by a Polish industry expert)
- The Norwegian Health Technology system and the welfare sector in Norway (by NHT)
- Nordic Proof, a single point of entry into the Nordic markets (by NHT)
- Pitching sessions of the Norwegian and Polish enterprises
- Business2business meetings of companies from Poland and Norway
The meetings at NHT were part of a business mission to Oslo, which also included meetings with the Polish Ambassador and the Embassy''s economic secretary, and a meeting with head of Poland''s Oslo Trade Office, on 13 June.
