The project aims to provide the beneficiares with knowledge and skills that will help them find themselves in the new reality in which they found themselves, also having children under their care.Participants will be divided into 3 7-days trips, during which refugee mothers will participate in trainings and workshops to raise their knowledge and competences, while their children will be taken care of.Ukrainian refugees will have a chance to learn such issues as: using public services, job search, documents applicabel to recruitment for work, forms of employment, assertiveness. Summary of the results

The aim of the project "Look to the future more calmly" was to provide beneficiaries with knowledge and skills that were to help Ukrainian mothers/legal guardians who are refugees find themselves in the new reality which they found themselves with theim children under their care in Poland. The participants of the project were divided into 3 trips lasting 7 days, during which the refugees - mothers/legal guardians participated in trainings and workshops increasing their knowledge and competences During the workshops, the children were looked after by guardians/animators.Ukrainian refugees got acquainted with such issues as: using the service of public institutions such as offices, schools, libraries, social welfare institutions and non-governmental organizations, job search, recruitment documents, forms of employment and the health care system.In addition, refugees who are mothers or legal guardians participated in group workshops on assertiveness and building self-esteem. Very inportant psychological issues were raised during the workshops on personal and chlden''s stress and trauma. The time spent together on trips and integration activities had a positive impact on adults and children.The goals assumed in the project have been achieved.The project was implemented as requested.
