Summary of the results

As part of the initiative, there were organized four 7-day educational trips for refugees from Ukr. and their children in Rajskie, in the Bieszczady. A total of 80 women and 140 children participated in the initiative. During each camp, there were workshops with a psychologist, coach, personal trainer, career counselor and a specialist of public institutions. Children and adolescents were provided with activities with a psychologist, fun animator and guardian. Everyone used also tourist attractions - trips to the Museum in Sanok, Myczkowce, and Solina with a gondola ride. During the stay, sports competitions, discos and evenings at the local country housewives'' club, with the local community or by the fire were organized. Anyone willing could take advantage of the evening relaxation activities. Although the participants and children were withdrawn at the beginning of each of the camps, there was a lot of progress at the end. They returned refreshed, and participation in the workshops allowed them to open up, release their joy, increase ability to deal with emotions, stress, being lost and dealing with past trauma. Group classes additionally brought both women and children closer, which resulted in establishing closer relationships and acquaintances. At the end of each stay, both women and children expressed gratitude for the nice time spent in the bosom of nature, in silence, while providing many activities and attractions. They left happy and with a sense of security.
