Description

The project is addressed to mothers with children who left Ukraine because of the war. Through actions planned in the project foundation want to support them in this difficult situation, so that they can begin a normal life in Poland. As part of the project 3 camps are planned. In each camp will participate 20 mothers and 30 children.The camps will take place away from the city, away from the hustle and bustle, in peace and quiet. Summary of the results

Within the framework of the project, 3 turnouts were organized. Each turnout included: classes on lowering the sense of anxiety for children and mothers, psychological support for children and mothers, general development classes for children, relaxation classes, metamorphoses for mothers planned in the application, workshops on building self-esteem, on assertiveness, professional support (how to start your own business, how to write a resume, cover letter, workshops on how to use the services of public institutions such as offices, clinics, schools, libraries), walking trips, integration games, picnics and theatrical performances for children. Psychological support included psychological and therapeutic classes.
