The project includes activities such as:
psychological workshops
-WORKSHOPS ON DEALING WITH TRAUMA AND INDIVIDUAL CONSULTATIONS FROM THIS AREA FOR PARTICIPANTS,
- MANAGING STRESS WORKSHOPS,
- SOCIAL COMPETENCE WORKSHOPS,
- WORKSHOPS ON PARENTAL COMPETENCES
Activities will be conducted by psychologists in two training groups, each workshop will last 8 hours.

The project was implemented as requested and the goals were achieved. ´
WORKSHOPS ON DEALING WITH TRAUMA AND INDIVIDUAL CONSULTATIONS FOR
PARTICIPANT. factors important in the process of recovering equilibrium after a crisis, methods of increasing resistance psychological skills, communication skills, - MANAGING STRESS WORKSHOPS - participants learned
protect against crisis situations and learn the tools to overcome stress and reduce tension, and learn
how to deal with difficult emotions. Learn the methods of relaxation and healthy rest.
- SOCIAL COMPETENCES WORKSHOPS - participants learned how to name and express emotions, advise
with anger, reacting to emerging fears and communicating your condition to other people. ´
- WORKSHOPS ON PARENTAL COMPETENCES - participants learned how to deal with unpleasant ones ´
feelings about oneself and children, how to react to aggressive behavior of children, actively listen to them ´ c and build understanding with ´
them.
- WORKSHOPS TO INTRODUCE THE POSSIBILITIES AND TOOLS FOR VOCATIONAL ACTIVATION OF REFUGEES
POLAND. During them, the possibilities of applying for employment were discussed, the forms of employment available
in Poland and their characteristics,
