Summary of the results

An initiative of very good quality. The project included the organization of 2 camps. The project was implemented in partnership with the Norwegian Agder University in Kristiansand, whose role was to prepare a motivational lecture on the profiles of women in Norwegian culture. The main ideas of the lecture were written down and given to the participants in Ukrainian, and a translator was also available during the presentation of the lecture. The partner was involved in the preparation of an educational and musical performance for the youngest children, and provided sheet music material for therapeutic play using music. The project was designed to strengthen women''s self-development and children''s well-being. These tasks were fulfilled through, among other things, a personalized training program, relaxation classes and art therapy. Classes for individual participants included training in computer skills, job search, professional skills development, assertiveness, self-presentation skills, basics of the Polish language, as well as the use of government offices, infrastructure, access to medical services, among others. The goal of the children''s games was to improve their well-being, and this task was fulfilled through outdoor games, relaxation and sports activities, Polish and English language classes, group work based on NVC (Nonviolent Communication), conversation with psychologists and entertainers, and musical activities, among others.
