Description
The aims of the visit are: to establish a new partnership; preparation of detailed solutions for the educational project; exchange of experiences between partner institutions and getting to know each other teams from FAIE and Åpenhet. Partner organizations will work on a detailed description of the project elements that they plan to submit for the Education Program recruitment in Q1 2021 in Component IV.
Summary of the results
The Feasibility Visit had a major impact on both the sending organization (FAIE) and the receiving organization (Apenhet). The most important elements of influence are: a / Establishing a new partnership between a Polish and Norwegian organization - especially valuable due to the specificity of searching for and establishing partnerships between entities from EEA States and Poland; also valuable for a partner organization that has not cooperated with entities from Poland so far; b / Increasing the possibilities of international cooperation in the field of adult education as part of new initiatives / projects in which Polish entities and entities from the Donor States will be able to participate; c / preparation of a joint concept of an educational project in the field of increasing the professional competences of adult education staff - FAIE application under the recruitment of the Education 2021 Program, Component I; d / preparation of a joint concept of an educational project on the exchange of experiences in the field of increasing the attractiveness of the educational message as an initiative that partner organizations plan to implement within the European Education Area - using the availability of funds from the Erasmus + 2021-27 Program; e / increase in FAIE brand recognition - impact on image building, and thus the possibility of concluding alliances and undertaking new initiatives.
