Description
The aim of the initiative is exchange of the know-how, expertise, knowledge thanks to workshops, trainings, bilateral (in three) meetings, study visits, expert mentoring and thus a professionalization of culture services in three entities much differing from each other: applicant and one partner from Poland and one – from Norway. The specifics of all partners show they may learn a lot from each other as having totally different types of activities, scope of events as well as specialization. However, despite all the differences, the project is aimed at finding common roots in culture as well
