Description

The main goal of our project is to create a lasting partnership between the Raczynski Library in Poznan and Bergen Offentlige Bibliotek. In addition to this, our joint initiative will increase the knowledge and skills of those involved in its development and allow for the exchange of good practices, mainly concerning refugee issues. Summary of the results

POZNAŃ. Poznań Culture for Ukraine March 7-9, 2023
The series of events Poznań culture for Ukraine organized by the Raczyński Library in March 2023 was an opportunity to remember the events from a year ago and reflect on activities in the field of culture. Three March evenings at the Raczyński Library were filled with meetings with Ukrainian art: literature and music. The audience could meet Oksana Zabuzhko and listen to, among others, Oksana Hamerska in the "Kołomyja" concert with Ukrainian, Polish and Balkan music and artists of the Grand Theater. Stanisław Moniuszko concert of Ukrainian and Polish songs. In total, the attendance at the main and accompanying events in March was 567 people.

BERGEN. Ukrainian Saturday in Bergen: The Main Library in Bergen on May 20, 2023 in Poznań and Bergen, organized a cultural initiative titled Ukrainsk Lørdag (Ukrainian Saturday). The aim of the initiative was to establish contact with the Ukrainian community in Bergen, as well as to promote Ukrainian culture to the Norwegian audience.
