Summary of the results

Financial vouchers were provided within the project, as the best form of assistance, because refugees could spend them on the most needed products. The vouchers also provided the opportunity to independently decide in a dignified way to secure their needs according to individual preferences. The aim of the program was to support 9,000 people and their families who arrived in Poland after February 24, 2022.

9,000 packages of Sodexo gift vouchers for refugees (worth PLN 500 each, 5 vouchers of PLN 100) were purchased to meet current needs related to organizing life in Poland. The vouchers were issued in the following voivodships with the largest number of people in need at that time: dolnośląskie, lubuskie, małopolskie, podkarpackie, podlaskie, śląskie, świętokrzyskie, warmińsko-mazurskie i wielkopolskie.

Additionally, 1,066 hygiene packages were purchased for people of Roma origin from Ukraine The packages were received by 677 women and 389 men.

The remaining amount was used to purchase food products for the food packages and they were given to 55 people.

In total, the project provided assistance to 10,121 people and their families.
