Description

The aim is to implement a new idea for involving experienced sport trainers in the ongoing activities of sports clubs,who are early withdrawal from professional activity (after age 50), what on one hand makes difficulty for them in employment and on the other hand is a huge loss for the potential of sports clubs. The project assumption is development of model solution to facilitate the involvement of senior trainers in sports clubs as mentors: 2 independent training programs (incl. 4-day seminar in NO for representatives of PL clubs interested in silver-economy - 15 people; 3-day workshops for
