Description
As part of the project, the Applicant and the Partner will work closely together for intergenerational integration by implementing innovative learning methods such as autentisk læring. 20 intergenerational groups of 4 to 10 people (50% seniors, 50% youth) will be formed. A total of at least 120 direct beneficiaries will participate in the project. The groups will be adequately prepared for the task through a series of workshops (topics: teamwork, intergenerational communication and design thinking, a total of 12h workshops each group) and mentor support (a total of 350h).
