Summary of the results

As part of project 5 blended learning courses were conducted, involving 250 participants. These courses allowed teachers and school principals to tailor their learning pace to individual needs. The combination of online learning, in-person workshops, and mentorship support proved highly effective in facilitating the acquisition of knowledge and its practical application in schools. Additionally, conferences, workshops, and in-person events not only enhanced skills in school management and supported the integration of Ukrainian students but also created opportunities for the direct exchange of experiences among educators from diverse educational environments. Over the course of the year, approximately 20 in-person events were held across Poland, with 338 participants attending regional conferences and workshops.

Recognizing the importance of holistic support, the initiative also included a process for supporting entire schools 28 were covered.

The establishment of the Graduate Support Network for the Better Learning Programme enabled continued work on implementing BLP principles in schools - a total of 89 individuals joined the network, receiving additional meetings, workshops, and educational materials to support their ongoing practice within the program.

In terms of resources, a wide range of materials was prepared or translated to support teachers'' work, including educational articles, infographics, and guides for teachers and principals.
