Description

Krakow Communal Holding (KHK) is the operator of the Waste Thermal Plant Incinerator. KHK intends to reduce greenhouse gas emissions coming from the plant and to generate green hydrogen from waste incineration.
In Norway, the government’s ambition to develop a full-scale carbon capture and storage (CCS) value chain by 2024 has already been reflected in the project Longship, where CO2 will be captured from industrial sources, including a waste-to-energy plant in Oslo, and shipped to an onshore terminal. A similar project is ongoing in Bergen, with the participation of BIR, one of Norway''s
