Description
The purpose of the Initiative was to prepare a series of profiled events, the theme of which had been developed and agreed with the Norwegian partner, as part of the European Forum for New Ideas (EFNI) - one of the largest international business conferences in Central Europe.
Summary of the results
The "Lewiatan" Initiative was finalised - the European Forum for New Ideas took place in September 2018 in Sopot (Poland) engaged Polish and Norwegian entrepreneurs, politicians and researchers. The objective of the conference is to come up with ideas for a strong Europe and a competitive economy, in particular on the use of renewable biological resources to produce goods and services, bioeconomy in European Union policies, smart, innovative and sustainable industry as well as green market creation. The events received wide media coverage - more than 2500 publications were produced, the customer reach indicator was at the level of more than 2 million people. There were 16 EFNI programme events organised within the confines of the BF Initiative, i.e.: the Norwegian Networking Evening, 11 panel discussions, lecture, round-table debate, plenary session, speech by a special guest.
