Description

The skateboarding community is one of the most inclusive sport communities in the world and the skatepark is usually the first place youths who are disadvantaged find a community that accepts them. In Malta, it is common to find over 35 nationalities at the skatepark. In fact, in the National Competition''s top 5, one could find a Colombian, a Russian, a Finnish and a Ukrainian - all skaters who moved to Malta and found their social group in the skateboarding community.
