Description

The aim of the visit is strengthening the future cooperation between Latvian and Norwegian ministries for research and education and other states'' higher education institutions and universities.

It is expected that during the visit there could be found new ideas about mutually beneficial cooperation, future initiatives, projects, involving other financing sources. In the situation, when in Latvian higher education system optimization is going on and reforms of HEI funding models and PhD models are taking place, the best experience from Norwegian colleagues and institutions is essentially
