Description

Objective: To enhance governance skills in participating organizations, exchange knowledge with Norwegian counterparts, introduce innovative governance practices, and strengthen relationships between institutions in Latvia and Norway.Activities and Results: 

Experience exchange visit to Norway and Latvia (November 2024, Norway): Eight specialists from the Ministry of Smart Administration and Regional Development will spend five days in Norway in early November, observing governance and coordination practices of state and local institutions. Participants will gain expertise in good governance
