Description
Covid-19 pandemic and travelling restrictions have affected plans to launch the open call for face-to-face study visits for cultural organizations. Nevertheless, the cultural organizations from Latvia - potential project promoters - are still in the need of finding potential donor project partners. Since there is a high demand to proceed with the partnership boosting activities, the Ministry of Culture together with the Arts Council Norway organizes an online match-making event between Latvian and Donor State cultural organizations.

Summary of the results
A conference on the first day was organized with the participation of institutions from Latvia, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein. Smaller group discussions / project idea presentations between potential project promoters from Latvia and cultural organizations / actors from Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein were also organized. Thus bilateral cooperation was strenthened at programme level and project level.
The event was held on Zoom and indicatively in total 67 organizations/institutions participated during the course of 3 days - 41 from Latvia, 22 from Norway, 3 from Iceland and 1 from Liechtenstein.
