Description

On Sept.3rd, 2020, the online matchmaking event, "Norwegian Circular Economy Conference", is organized by Innovation Norway and aims to boost knowledge on circular economy issues. 

On Dec.12th, 2020, the online matchmaking event “International Green Industry Innovation and ICT” is organized by Innovation Norway and aims to establish new potential partnerships.

Summary of the results

 


  1. Sixty entrepreneurs participated in the event “Norwegian Circular Economy Conference” on 3rd September, from which 5 attended the B2B meetings with potential Norwegian partners. (365,40 euro eligible)

  2. Seventy participants from Latvia took part in the event “International Green Industry Innovation and ICT" on 15th December, of which 9 attended the B2B meetings with potential Norwegian partners. 
    The initiatives were organized with an objective to facilitate the search for a project partner in Norway with whom to implement projects within the Programme activities. (98,06 euro eligible)

  3. On April 29, 2021, Green Industry Innovation and ICT within Norway Grants, 34 Latvian entities and 19 Norwegian institutions attended. As a result, seven projects are implemented in partnership with SINTEF, Norsk Energy, UiT the Arctic University of Norway. Eligible costs - 581,80 EUR.

  4. On August 21, 2021, panel discussion- as a result, 22 project applications were submitted, 9 of which were approved, including seven donor-state partnership projects. Eligible costs - 1 136,50 EUR.

  5. On April 28, 2022, event - 19 Latvian entities (15 received NorwayGrant''s support), and 9 Norwegians participated in the event. 13 respondents stated that the event potentially initiated long-term cooperation between Latvia and Norway, which benefits the bilateral aspects. Eligible costs 4 146,39 EUR.
