Description

Initiative will be implemented by the State Police of Latvia and National Commissioner of Iceland and Sudurnes Police district. It will include exchange of best practice examples on process systematisation, as well as process description development, analysis, schematic representation and process digitization. Issues of process management, development of a flexible employment system, supporting the possibility of remote work in police will be covered, as well.
