Description
The aim of the initiative is to explore the experience of developing a permanent organisation and diversifying financial sources in order to contribute to the long-term sustainability of the objectives achieved by the project.

Summary of the results
Maintaining regular individual contact with each member is crucial; member funding for received services is common practice; finding active motivation for members to engage voluntarily is essential; to encourage greater involvement in the organization, a strong sense of community and belonging is highly important and should be consistently maintained; it is significant that among the organization''s members, there were also parents with children with functional limitations who had the opportunity to actively participate in the organization; shared celebrations unite and inspire.
