Summary of the results
Key Results:

Capacity Building:
- Involvement of a volunteer strategic planning advisor ensured a robust model development process. Discussions among Vidusdaugava NGO Center leadership and project staff, supported by partner feedback, improved the team''s strategic planning capabilities.
Formalized Partnership:
- A long-term cooperation agreement was drafted, refined, and signed during an in-person visit to Iceland. This visit included meetings with Icelandic partner organizations to better understand their practices and plan a joint initiative for 2022.
Strategic Outcomes:
- The initiative reinforced the progress achieved in the main project, boosting Vidusdaugava NGO Center’s visibility and providing new opportunities to plan financial independence activities. This aligned with the center’s long-term strategy and strengthened its role as a regional civil society network.
